荷兰城市策略对中国城市化及城市社会治理的可借鉴性研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济和信息网络的高速发展,全球资本和劳动力产生大规模流动,与之相适应的是城市化进程的不断推进。对于世界发达国家而言,城市化进程已经进入了终期阶段;而对于大多数发展中国家,城市化进程仍处于初期或发展阶段。文章通过对西方发达国家和中国特色城市化进程的简要介绍和对比,以及对城市化进程进入成熟阶段后出现的城市群的介绍,引出目前发达国家(以荷兰为例)对于中国特色城市化的可借鉴性研究;初步总结其可借鉴的要点及启示,并以此启发对于荷兰等发达国家成熟城市群的研究和学习,进而更好地认识和促进中国特色的城市化发展。Along with the rapid development of social economy and information network,the global capital and labor force flow on a large scale,and what in line with this is the continuous advancement of the progress of urbanization.As for the developed countries in the world,the final stage of the progress of urbanization has reached,while for most developing countries,the progress of urbanization process is still in the early stage or development stage.Through the brief introduction and comparison of the urbanization progress between western developed countries and China,as well as the introduction of the urban agglomeration appeared after the urbanization progress has reached a mature stage,this paper has introduced a referential research of the current developed countries(taking the Netherlands as an example)on the urbanization with Chinese characteristics,preliminarily summarized the main points and inspirations that can be used for reference,and then enlightened the research and study on the mature urban agglomerations in developed countries such as the Netherlands so as to better understand and promote the urbanization development with Chinese characteristics.
