摘　　要：本文对福建鳗鲡产业(包括鳗鲡养殖、苗种贸易、饲料加工、烤鳗加工、出口贸易等相关联的产业)40年来发展情况进行了归纳总结,分别分析总结了福建鳗业的时代特征、历史地位与作用、面临的主要问题、持续发展的优势条件,以及对鳗鱼乃至渔业发展的深刻启示,以期供业界参考。This paper has made a summary of the development of the eel industry of Fujian Province in the past 40 years,including the development of the cultivation of eel,the fry trade,the feed processing,the baking and processing of eel,the export trade,and so on.The characteristics of the times,the historical position and the role,the main problems,and the conditions of the continuous development of the eel industry of Fujian,as well as the deep enlightenment to the development of the eel industry and the fishery are analyzed,with a view to the eel industry's reference.
