摘  要:选择印刷行业典型污染物乙酸乙酯气体,进行蜂窝活性炭的动态吸-脱附性能研究。结果表明:利用Yoon-Nelson和D-R模型拟合动态测定的蜂窝活性炭穿透曲线和脱附曲线,对于吸附处理浓度在50~200 mg/m 3的乙酸乙酯气体,可用y=0.0024 x+2.175方程式,获得不同浓度时乙酸乙酯吸附量占蜂窝活性炭重量的比值;可用y=-3.8857 x+4.09方程式,获得不同湿度时乙酸乙酯吸附量占蜂窝活性炭重量的比值;可用y=-21.406 x+22.518方程式,获得不同湿度时蜂窝活性炭的饱和吸附容量,从而科学地设计活性炭用量。采用阶段性升温的脱附方式,可获得较为稳定的乙酸乙酯气体出口浓度。The dynamic adsorption desorption performance of honeycomb activated carbon was studied by choosing ethyl acetate as a typical pollutant in printing industry.The results show that the penetration curve and desorption curve of the honeycomb activated carbon are fitted by Yoon Nelson model and D-R model.For the ethyl acetate gas with the adsorption concentration of 50~200 mg/m 3,the ratio of ethyl acetate adsorption to the weight of the honeycomb activated carbon at different concentration can be obtained by y=0.0024 x+2.175,and the ratio of ethyl acetate adsorption to the weight of the honeycomb activated carbon at different humidity can be obtained by y=-3.8857 x+4.09.The ratio of acid ethyl adsorption amount to the weight of honeycomb activated carbon was used to obtain the saturated adsorption capacity of honeycomb activated carbon at different humidity by y=-21.406 x+22.518.The stable concentration of ethyl acetate gas at the outlet can be obtained by the way of temperature rising.
