摘 要:以某跨北疆铁路斜拉桥工程为例,对成桥铺装后的索力值进行二次调整设计分析。结果表明:40根拉索中共有28根索力超过±5%精度范围;利用有限元软件进行试算分析可知,不必对全部超范围的28根拉索进行调整,只需对其中超过-5%偏差范围的8根拉索合理布置张拉顺序和大小即可基本满足最终精度要求。按新设计的方案调整后,拉索索力值、梁塔断面测点应力值和主梁高程均满足设计要求,达到高效、经济的效果。Taking as an example a cable-stayed bridge project of a railway crossing northern Xinjiang,the second adjustment design and analysis of the cable force value after paving of the completed bridge are carried out.The results showed that 28 of the 40 cable-stayed cables’ forces have exceeded the precision range of ±5%.The finite element software is used for trial calculation and analysis,which indicates that it is not necessary to adjust all the over-range 28 cables.Proper optimization scheme can basically meet the accuracy requirements by reasonably arranging the tensioning sequence and size of the 8 cables which exceed the range of-5% deviation.After the adjustment,the cable force,measured stress of beam and tower section and the elevation of the main beam all meet the design requirements,which achieved the effect of high efficiency and economy.
