摘  要:套袋是香蕉生产中广泛采用的一项农艺措施,对提升香蕉品质意义重大。本研究以香蕉"威廉斯B6"为试验材料,探讨了套2层纸袋、套1层纸袋和不套纸袋对香蕉果实品质和营养元素的影响。结果表明,不同套纸袋数香蕉的可溶性固形物含量不存在显著差异,套1层纸袋香蕉的光泽亮度亮度介于不套纸袋和套2层纸袋香蕉之间,在生产上建议在外界环境光照不稳定时套1个纸袋,在外界环境稳定时可以不套纸袋;4个处理果皮Ca含量差异不显著,在套袋之前,建议使用叶面肥螯合钙增加果皮Ca含量。Bagging is an agronomic measure which can improve fruit quality, widely used in banana production. In this study, the banana "Williams B6"was used as the experimental material to explore the effects of double-bagging, single-bagging and no-bagging on the quality and nutrients of banana fruit. Results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of soluble solids under different bagging treatments. The luster of banana peel in one-layer bagging was between that in no bagging and two-layer bagging. Suggest to use one-layer bag under unstable ambient light, and no bagging under stable ambient light. Ca content in leaves in the four treatments showed no significant difference. Suggest to use foliar fertilizer before bagging to increase Ca content in leaves.
