藏医脉泻法治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用藏医脉泻法治疗类风湿关节炎疗效。方法选择2018年7月~2019年9月在我院外治科住院部就诊的类风湿性关节炎患者60例,采用藏医脉泻治疗,4周为一疗程,对比治疗前后患者症状和体征及细胞因子的变化。结果临床资料表明,治疗总有效率为91.1%(55/60)。与治疗前相比,ESR、CRP和RF、IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ水平均显著降低,IFN-α水平显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藏医脉泻疗法治疗类风湿关节炎可获得满意的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the efiect of pulse diarrhea in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Totally,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were admitted and treated in Changdu People's Hospital from July 2018 to September 2019.They were treated with pulse diarrhea for four weeks,and the treatment results was evaluated.Results:The clinical data showed that the total efiective rate was 91.1%(55/60).Comparing with pre—treatment,the levels of ESR,CRP,RF,IL—1,IL—6,and IFN—7 were significantly lower.In addition,the level of IFN—a was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pulse diarrhea has reliable clinical efficacy in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
