硫化镍精矿微负压浓硫酸焙烧浸出试验研究

摘  要:以国外某公司品味50.11%的硫化镍精矿为原料,在微负压条件下,采用浓硫酸焙烧工艺进行浸出试验研究。结果表明,在微负压、酸矿比2.5:1、温度200℃条件下,浸出4h,镍的浸出率为98.73%。在微负压、105℃条件下烘干浸出渣,再加热至130℃使硫熔化为液态,热过滤得到液硫,硫磺回收率可达91.87%。A nickel sulfide concentrate of 50.11%grade from a foreign company was used as the raw material.Under the condition of micro negative pressure,the concentrated sulfuric acid roasting process was used to carry out the leaching test and study,and the sulfur in the leaching residue was recovered at the same time.The results show that under the condition of micro negative pressure,acid ore ratio of 2.5:1 and temperature of 200℃,the leaching rate of nickel is 98.73%,the content of leaching residue is 1.92%,and the sulfur content is 93.4%.The leaching residue was dried under the condition of micro negative pressure and 105℃,then heated to 130℃to melt the sulfur into liquid state.The liquid sulfur was obtained by thermal filtration,and the sulfur recovery rate was 91.87%.
