摘　　要：本文主要从当前CCD技术的发展现状研究出发,阐述了CCD在铜箔生产检测中的质量管控,同时对铜箔生产检测中所使用CCD的要求进行了分析,进而展现出CCD技术在工业检测中发挥的重要作用。Based on the present situation of CCD technology,this paper expounds the quality control of CCD in the detection of copper foil,analyzes the requirements of CCD used in the detection of copper foil,and shows that CCD technology plays an important role in industrial detection.
