摘　　要：目的探究长脉冲1064联合复方倍他米松、氟尿嘧啶对瘢痕疙瘩的作用.方法选取2016~2018年我院门诊就诊患者150例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予复方倍他米松注射液和5-氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予长脉冲1064激光治疗,观察并比较两组之间患者的临床疗效、温哥华量表评分情况及复发情况.结果治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率为(86.67%)高于对照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前VSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,两组VSS评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组复发率(5.33%)低于对照组(14.67%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论长脉冲1064联合复方倍他米松、氟尿嘧啶治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效较好,复发率低,副作用小,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the effect of long pulse 1064 combined with compound Betamethasone and fluorouracil on Keloid.Methods 150 outpatients from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with compound betamethasone injection and 5-fluorouracil injection,the treatment group was given long pulse 1064 laser treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,Vancouver Scale Score and recurrence were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was(86.67%)higher than that of control group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group(5.33%)was lower than that of the control group(14.67%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion long pulse 1064 combined with compound Betamethasone and Fluorouracil is effective in the treatment of Keloid with low recurrence rate and little side effect.
