摘　　要：目的总结Abbe唇瓣二期修复先天性唇裂修补术后继发唇畸形患儿围手术期护理要点,以促进修复效果,提高护理质量,为该类患者临床护理措施制定提供借鉴.方法对31例先天性唇裂修补术后唇畸形应用Abbe唇瓣二期修复的患儿实施系统化围手术期护理,包括完善术前检查、做好术前准备、术后皮瓣观察及护理、呼吸道护理、饮食护理、口腔护理、断蒂及语音训练、心理护理、瘢痕皮肤按摩护理等措施.结果所有患儿均顺利完成Abbe唇瓣二期修复术,术后2~3周断蒂康复出院,所有伤口均一期愈合,唇外形良好,瘢痕不明显,患者对修复效果满意,护理满意度为100%.结论运用Abbe唇瓣修复先天性唇裂修补术后唇畸形效果显著,全面科学的围手术期护理是保证手术成功,提升修复效果的重要手段.Objective Summarize the perioperative nursing points for children with secondary lip deformity after congenital cleft lip repair after Abbe's lip flap repair,in order to promote the repair effect,improve the quality of care,and provide reference for the development of clinical nursing measures for these patients.Methods Systematic perioperative care was performed on 31 children with congenital cleft lip repair after Abnormal labial flap repair,including perfect preoperative examination,preparation before surgery,postoperative flap observation and care,respiratory Nursing,diet care,oral care,broken pedicle and voice training,psychological care,scar skin massage care and other measures.Results All children successfully completed the secondary repair of Abbe's lip flap,and were discharged from the pedicle after 2 to 3 weeks after operation.All wounds healed in one stage,the lip appearance was good,and scars were not obvious.The patients were satisfied with the repair effect and the nursing satisfaction was 100%.Conclusion The use of Abbe's lip flap to repair lip deformity after congenital cleft lip repair is remarkable.Comprehensive and scientific perioperative nursing is an important means to ensure the success of the operation and improve the repair effect.
