强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑的安全性和护理体会

摘　　要：目的探析对雀斑应用强脉冲光子嫩肤仪进行治疗的效果、安全性以及治疗期间的护理体会.方法选取本院2018年2月-2019年2月间有祛除面部雀斑需求对象50例为本研究数据对象,所有患者均接受强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗,对其临床数据进行回归分析并整理该雀斑治疗方案的疗效、安全性以及相关护理干预内容.结果所有患者均顺利完成疗程,对雀斑治疗疗效进行评估,总有效率为94.0%;治疗后进行1周时间随访,在治疗期间与随访期间患者仅1例患者出现相关不良反应,在及时对症处理后不良反应得到改善;患者对护理干预措施满意度评价为100%.结论为有脸部雀斑困扰的群体应用强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗能够有效祛除雀斑,配合护理干预对保障患者治疗期间的舒适性有重要价值,值得临床推广.Objective To analyze the effect,safety and nursing experience of freckles treated with strong pulsed photon skin rejuvenation instrument.Methods Fifty patients with facial freckles need in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the data subjects of this study.All patients were treated with a strong pulse photon skin rejuvenator,and their clinical data were analyzed by regression analysis.The efficacy,safety and related nursing interventions of this freckles treatment program.Results All patients successfully completed the course of treatment,and the curative effect of freckles was evaluated.The total effective rate was 94.0%.Follow-up was performed for 1 week after treatment.Only one patient had adverse reactions during the treatment and follow-up.Adverse reactions improved after treatment;patients'satisfaction with nursing intervention measures was 100%.Conclusion The application of the intense pulsed photon skin rejuvenation device for the group with facial freckles can effectively remove freckles,and the nursing intervention is of great value to ensure the comfort of patients during treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
