导波雷达液位计在聚烯烃污水池内的改造应用

摘　　要：某煤化工聚烯烃装置污水池原设计为E+H雷达液位计,由于池内有大量泡沫和水蒸汽,泡沫会使电磁波信号发生散射而损失能量,水蒸汽会使电磁波信号衰减,导致雷达液位计测量出现较大偏差。将聚烯烃装置污水池的雷达液位计进行改造,改用其它品牌的导波雷达液位计进行测量。导波雷达液位计具有稳定性强、使用工况复杂、对蒸汽、雾气和泡沫有很强的抑制能力,无需带料调试,使用寿命长等优点,彻底解决污水池液位测量偏差大、冬季出现虚假液位的现象,从而降低了仪表设备的维护率,提高了仪表设备的使用性和稳定性,保证装置长期平稳运行。Due to the large amount of foam and water vapor in the wastewater pool of a coal chemical polyolefin plant,the foam will cause the scattering of electromagnetic wave signal and the loss of energy,and the water vapor will cause the attenuation of electromagnetic wave signal,resulting in a large deviation in the measurement of radar level gauge.The radar level gauge of the sewage tank in the polyolefin device was modified and used to measure by other brands of guided wave radar level gauge.Guided wave radar level gauge has a complex,strong stability,the operating conditions,with steam,the fog and foam has a strong inhibition,no pick-up debugging,long life and other advantages,completely solve the sewage pool level measurement deviation,winter sets in the phenomenon of false level,reducing the maintenance rate of instrument equipment,improve the usability and stability of the instrument equipment,guarantee the unit running smoothly for a long time.
