浅析采用大型汽车吊更换营业线梁片的施工组织与工序控制

摘　　要：本文根据石太下行线166#桥、上行线167#桥工程换梁实例,对在营业线上要点封锁更换铁路T梁的施工方法进行了探讨。以封锁铁路要点施工,拆除既有线路及既有T梁、更换新梁、恢复并开通线路等各道工序为主线,对如何在有限的时间、空间内安全正点的完成T梁的更换并恢复通车这一施工组织进行论述,并对施工工艺流程以及施工方法进行了详尽的说明。目前在较多的既有线上桥梁都需要进行加固或更换施工,在桥梁建筑高度较高或非电化铁路区段,可以采用架桥机换梁的方式施工,在桥梁建筑高度较低及电化铁路,采用大型汽车吊换梁,功效更高、成本更低。通过本文说明,可以为在既有线上电化区段更换T梁提供一定的参考价值。Based on the example of beam replacement of 166#bridge on the down line and 167#bridge on the up line of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway,this paper discusses the construction method of blocking and replacing the railway T-beam on the business line.This paper discusses the construction organization of how to complete the replacement of T-beam safely and punctually in limited time and space,and explains the construction process and construction method in detail.At present,the bridges on many existing lines need to be reinforced or replaced.In the sections with high bridge building height or non electrified railway,the bridge erecting machine can be used to replace the beams.In the sections with low bridge building height and electrified railway,the large truck crane can be used to replace the beams,with higher efficiency and lower cost.It can provide some reference value for replacing T-beam in the electrified section of the existing line.
