摘 要:中国正处于高速铁路和客运专线高速发展阶段,伴随着大量无砟轨道的施工。CRTS-Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道道床板为现浇连续板式结构,裂纹问题尤为突出。本文结合成贵铁路施工实例,通过实地统计调查,阐述了道床板混凝土的各种裂纹形式及其成因,从材料、施工等方面提出了降低和减小裂纹出现的相应措施。以期能够降低混凝土开裂风险,增强道床板耐久性,提高列车运营安全。China is in the high-speed development stage of high-speed railways and passenger dedicated lines,accompanied by a large number of ballastless track construction.The CRTS-Ⅰtype double-block ballastless track bed slab is a cast-in-place continuous slab structure,and the crack problem is particularly prominent.This article combines Chengdu-Guiyang Railway construction example,through field statistical investigation,expounds various crack forms and causes of concrete of track bed slab,and proposes corresponding measures to reduce the occurrence of cracks in terms of materials and construction,in order to reduce the risk of concrete cracking,enhance the durability of the track bed,and improve the safety of train operation.
