“可调权重价格指数法”在斗门水库项目建安成本控制中的应用

摘　　要：针对国内外水利工程类项目建安成本控制研究较少的现状,本文作者从政府投资建设工程项目审计监督的角度,就西安斗门水库建设过程中遇到的人材机价格大幅上涨情况,较创新性的以“可调权重价格指数法”进行了建安成本控制及预测,取得了显著效果。本方法为该水库后续建设的建安成本控制乃至此类水利工程项目建安成本控制提供了可借鉴的思路,具有较重要的理论意义和工程应用价值,值得进一步讨论、优化、推广。In view of the current situation of less research on the cost control of construction and installation of water conservancy projects at home and abroad,this paper,from the perspective of audit and supervision of government invested construction projects,has carried out the cost control and prediction of construction and installation with the innovative method of"adjustable weight price index"in the process of construction of Doumen Reservoir in Xi'an,and achieved remarkable results.This method provides a reference for the cost control of the subsequent construction and installation of the reservoir and even the cost control of such water conservancy projects.It has important theoretical significance and engineering application value,and is worth further discussion,optimization and promotion.
