摘　　要：在不动产数据整合工作中,“已有资料的整理与文档编制”与“不动产资料的落宗落幢”是一个有机的整体——“已有资料的整理与文档编制”的科学合理与否,对“不动产资料的落宗落幢”工作的效率具有很大的制约性;由于已有不动产资料定位数据的缺泛,对房屋的“灭失”及相似房屋、无特征房屋的落宗落幢工作带来了极大的不便。本文对上述问题进行了粗浅探讨。In the process of real estate data integration,"the arrangement and documentation of existing data"and"the settlement of real estate data"are an organic whole.The scientific rationality of"the arrangement and documentation of existing data"has a great restriction on the efficiency of the work of"the settlement of real estate data".Due to the lack of real estate data positioning data,it has caused great inconvenience to the"loss"of houses and the downsizing of similar houses and characteristic houses.This article discusses the above issues briefly.
