摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎间孔入路内镜下减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)的疗效。方法自2016年9月-2018年12月采用经皮内镜椎间孔扩大成型、脊髓神经根减压术治疗LSS患者20例。记录患者的手术时间和住院天数,随访观察其临床疗效。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间65-180 min,平均118.9 min;住院天数3-24 d,平均12.5 d。术后随访3-12个月,平均6个月。术后患者VAS评分及ODI较术前有明显改善(P<0.05);末次随访时,按MacNab标准评估:优16例、良2例、可2例,优良率为90%。结论采用经皮内镜下椎管减压治疗LSS具有早期临床疗效确切、对脊柱稳定性影响小、并发症低等优点,是安全、有效的微创治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal surgery in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS).Methods From September 2016 to December2018,the clinical data of 20 LSS patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time and hospitalization days were recorded.The visual analogue scale (VAS) score,the Oswestry disability index (ODI) and the modified Mac Nab criteria were used to evaluate the curative effect.Results All patients successfully completed the operation,the operation time was 65-180 min,the average time was 118.9 min.The hospital stay was 3-24 d,the average time was 12.5 d.The patients were followed up for 3-12 months,with an average of 6 months.The VAS score and ODI of the patients after operation were significantly improved (P<0.05).At the last follow-up,according to the standard of Mac Nab,16 cases were excellent,2 cases were good and 2 cases were fair,the excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal surgery is an effective and safe treatment for LSS.It has advantages of less operation time and rapid recovery.
