摘  要:针对热轧带钢卷取过程中,因夹送辊的控制不合理而造成的带钢失张、带钢头部塔形、尾部松卷等卷形不良以及带钢头部拉窄、表面划伤等质量问题,建立了数学模型并进行了功能优化。通过增加夹送辊防头部拉窄控制、防止夹送辊和芯轴之间带钢松卷的小张力控制、防止带钢表面划伤和尾部松卷的张力转移和上下夹送辊负荷平衡控制,优化了张力控制模型和参数,因夹送辊问题而导致的带钢卷形不良和表面质量问题得到有效解决。In the process of hot strip coiling,some quality problems such as strip loss of tension,tower shape of strip head,loose coil at the end,narrow strip head and scratch on the surface are caused by unreasonable control of pinch roll.So the mathematical model is established and the function is optimized.The tension control model and parameters are optimized by increasing the control of anti-head stretch of pinch roll,the small tension control of strip opening between pinch roll and mandrel,the tension transfer and the load balance control of upper and lower pinch roll of anti-surface scratch and tail opening.The bad roll shape and surface quality caused by pinch roll problems are effectively solved.
