摘  要:针对某大H型钢厂冷切圆锯片产生的环形裂纹及断裂现状,通过分析锯片本身的裂纹起源和扩展情况,结合锯片使用工况,发现裂纹的产生是由于锯片夹盘未夹紧,导致锯片在高速旋转状态下进锯时承受了高频次的轴向冲击和折弯作用,于锯片圆周表面产生初始裂纹。随着锯切时间的延长,裂纹逐步扩展、相接,最终形成了环形断裂。通过细化锯片安装操作制度,严控锯片精度及性能,生产中锯片再未出现裂纹甚至断裂的现象,保证了产品质量,提高了客户的满意度。In view of the circular crack and fracture of cold cutting circular saw blade in a large H-Beam Mill,through the analysis of the crack origin and propagation of the saw blade,combined with the working condition of the saw blade,it is found that the crack is caused that the chuck of the saw blade is not clamped,which causes the high-frequency axial impact and bending effect to saw blade in the high-speed rotating state,which causes the initial crack on the surface of the saw blade.With the increasing of sawing time,the cracks gradually expand and connect,and finally form a circular fracture.Through refining the saw blade installation and operation system,strictly controlling the saw blade accuracy and performance,there is no crack or even fracture,which ensures the product quality and improves customer satisfaction.
