摘　　要：文章创新提出球罐氮气/蒸汽置换法,通过对试验数据进行对比、分析后,得出最优化的操作方式和置换压力区间;同时对球罐清罐安全进行研究,并对特殊的丁二烯介质清罐方式进行了探讨。In this paper, the nitrogen/steam replacement method of spherical tank is innovatively put forward. Through the comparison and analysis of test data, the optimal operation mode and replacement pressure range are obtained;meanwhile, the cleaning safety of spherical tank is studied, and the special cleaning mode of butadiene medium is discussed.
