摘 要:固体氧化物直接碳燃料电池(SO-DCFC)因其燃料适应性广、能量转化效率高、污染物排放低等优势,被认为是一种具有广泛应用前景的发电装置。以8%氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)为电解质,通过提拉YSZ浆料制备了一种管式SO-DCFC,分析了浆料配比对SO-DCFC性能的影响,并利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜分析SO-DCFC的微观结构。利用脱灰半焦作为SO-DCFC的燃料,分析了电池的电化学特性。结果表明该SO-DCFC在850℃时开路电压达到0.8V左右,最大功率密度达到22 mW/cm^2,最大电流密度达到137 mA/cm^2。Solid oxide direct carbon fuel cell(SO-DCFC) is considered as a power generation device with wide application prospect due to its advantages of wide adaptability,high energy conversion efficiency and low pollution.In this work,a tubular SO-DCFC supported by 8% yttrium-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) was prepared by dip-coating method.The influence of slurry ratio on the properties of SO-DCFC was analyzed.The microstructure of SO-DCFC was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The SO-DCFC electrochemical characteristics were analyzed using de-ash semi-coke as fuel.The results show that at 850℃,the open circuit voltage,the maximum power density and the maximum current density of SO-DCFC reach 0.8 V,22 mW/cm^2 and 137 mA/cm^2,respectively.
