摘 要:目前燃料电池控制单元(fuel cell control unit,FCCU)的应用越来越广泛,功能也越来越复杂,针对FCCU开发测试过程中,采用燃料电池堆成本高,风险大等问题,提出了FCCU硬件在环测试的方法,通过LabVIEW、Veristand等软件以及PXI多功能板卡、嵌入式处理器、故障注入单元、FPGA等硬件设备搭建实时环境进行硬件在环测试。在Veristand Engine中导入冷却路模型对FCCU热管理系统进行仿真,结果测得燃料电池出口水温与输出功率的波形数据,进而判断FCCU的温度控制策略合理,为评估和优化FCCU其他控制性能提供了实验条件和数据支持。Fuel cell control unit(FCCU)is more and more widely used and its functions are more and more complicated.In the process of FCCU development and testing,the fuel cell stack has high physical cost and high risk,and the method of FCCU hardware-in-the-loop was proposed.In the loop simulation test method,the real-time environment was built by LabVIEW,Veristand and other hardware devices such as PXI multi-function boards,embedded processors,fault injection units,and FPGA module for hardware-in-the-loop testing.The FCCU thermal management system was tested by introducing the cooling model toVeristand Engine.The waveform data of water temperature and power at the outlet of fuel cell were measured,and then the reasonability of the FCCU temperature control strategy was judged,which providedexperimental conditions and data supportfor evaluation and optimizing FCCU’s other control performance.
