摘  要:铅是铅酸蓄电池中的重要原材料,其性能的好坏直接关系到电池性能的优劣。随着时代的发展,铅酸蓄电池的回收再利用技术越来越成熟,再生铅在整个蓄电池行业中的使用比例也越来越高。通过对精铅和电解铅进行各方面平行对比,如铅锭元素分析、极板的XRD、SEM、电化学测试等,以及电池性能测试分析,对精铅对EFB铅酸蓄电池的性能影响进行了分析,得出优质的精铅对电池性能影响有限的结论。Lead is an important raw material in lead-acid batteries.Its performance is directly related to the performance of batteries.With the development of the times,the recycling technology of lead-acid batteries is becoming more and more mature,and the proportion of recycled lead in the whole battery industry is also increasing.In this paper,the effects of refined lead on the performance of EFB lead-acid batteries were analyzed through parallel comparison of refined lead and electrolytic lead in various aspects,such as element analysis of lead ingot,XRD,SEM,electrochemical test of plate,and battery performance test analysis.It is concluded that the high quality lead has little effect on battery performance.
