摘 要:采用极片保护法对锌银贮备电池正负极片进行涂覆式保护,通过这种保护方式,隔离了极片与外界环境的物质交换,降低了正负极自放电或分解反应的速度,减少了正负极活性物质的损耗。通过优选保护剂的材料及不同的保护方式,探索出最佳的保护方法,可延长锌银贮备电池干态贮存寿命至12年。The method of pole piece protection was applied to protect the positive and negative electrodes of zinc reserve storage battery.In this way,the exchange of substance between the electrodes and the external environment was isolated,the rate of self-discharge or decomposition reaction of positive and negative electrodes was lowered,and the loss of active substances in anode and cathode was reduced.By selecting the materials of the protectant and different ways of protection,the best protection methods were explored,which could prolong the dry storage life of zinc silver reserve battery to 12 years.
