摘　　要：为了探索不同浓度植物生长调节剂IBA和NAA对吊灯扶桑扦插繁殖的影响,设计蒸馏水(对照)、IBA 100 mg/L、IBA 200 mg/L、IBA 300 mg/L、NAA 100 mg/L、NAA 200 mg/L、NAA 300 mg/L共7种处理方式浸泡插穗15 min,调查分析插穗的生根、发芽和扦插苗根系、新梢和叶片生长状况.结果表明:IBA 200 mg/L和NAA200 mg/L处理的插穗发芽率最高,为93.33%;IBA 200 mg/L处理的插穗生根最快,只需17 d,比对照提前了28 d,插穗的生根数量、扦插苗的根长和根重也都显著高于对照;NAA 200 mg/L处理对扦插苗根长和根系干重有显著的促进作用;IBA 300 mg/L处理对扦插苗根重、新梢重和叶片数量有显著促进作用.推荐吊灯扶桑扦插繁殖最佳处理方式为IBA 200 mg/L,其次是IBA 300mg/L和NAA 200 mg/L.In order to explore the effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators IBA and NAA on Hibiscus schizopetalus cutting propagation,the cuttings were soaked in 7 liquid[water(control),IBA 100 mg/L,IBA 200 mg/L,IBA 300 mgL,NAA 100 mgL,NAA 200 mg/L,NAA 300 mg/L]for 15 min.Rooting and germination of cuttings,root system,shoot length and leaf growth of cutting seedlings were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that:The highest germination rate was found of 93.33%which the cuttings were treated by IBA 200 mg/L and NAA 200 mg/L;The cuttings with the fastest rooting were treated by IBA 200 mg/L,which was 28 days less than control.Moreover,the quantity,length and weight of the roots were significantly higher than those in control;The length and weight of roots were improved by treatment with NAA 200 mg/L;The roots weight,shoots weight,and leaf numbers were significantly promoted by treatment with IBA 300 mg/L.It was suggested that the IBA 200 mg/L was the best treatment for Hibiscus schizopetalus cutting propagation,and the follows were IBA 300 mg/L and NAA 200 mg/L.
