摘 要:盐胁迫严重影响植物正常的生长发育,本研究利用0、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L 4种NaCl溶液对15种柳树进行苗期盐胁迫模拟,通过统计盐害系数、隶属函数值以及平均隶属函数值等指标,评价其苗期耐盐性并进行聚类分析.结果表明:50 mmol/L是进行柳树耐盐性鉴定的较佳浓度;在50 mmol/L NaCl处理下,大部分指标之间的盐害系数隶属函数值的相关性达到了显著或者极显著水平;聚类分析显示:15种柳树被分为了4类,包括高等耐盐柳树(4种)、中等耐盐柳树(5种)、低等耐盐柳树(4种)以及敏盐柳树(2种).本次研究为以后提高植物的耐盐性以及植物育种研究奠定了基础.Salt stress severely affects the normal growth and development of plants.In this study,salting stress simulations of 15 willows at their seedling stage were conducted under 0,50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L,and 150 mmol/L NaCl solution.The salt toxicity coefficient,the subjection values,and the average subjection value were used to evaluate salt tolerance at seedling stage,and performed cluster analysis.The results showed that 50 mmol/L was the better concentration for identification of salinity tolerance of willows;under 50 mmol/L NaCl treatment,the correlation on the the subjection values of salt toxicity coefficients between most indicators reached significant or extremely significant level;cluster analysis showed that 15 willows were divided into 4 categories,including high-salt-tolerant willows(4 species),medium-salt-tolerant willows(5 species),low-salt-tolerant willows(4 species)and salt-sensitive willows(2 species).This study lays the foundation for improving salt tolerance of plants and plant breeding.
