摘　　要：安装静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)无功补偿装置是解决电压波动的有效方法之一,准确计算最大电压变动是确定STATCOM补偿容量的前提。目前工程上用于计算最大电压变动的经验公式结果不够准确,也不符合国标中关于电压变动的定义。为了得到更准确且符合国标的最大电压变动计算结果,本文提出了计算最大电压变动的极差遍历搜索法。该方法首先对原始数据序列进行选择性过滤,接着利用数值微分原理确定电压波动极值序列,然后对极值序列进行边界点处理,计算得到电压变动的所有极差点,最后将极差点的95%概率大值与标称电压的比值确定为最大电压变动。仿真算例和现场测试数据验证了本文方法不仅符合国标要求,结果也更为准确。Installation of such reactive power compensation devices as the STATCOM is one of the effective methods in solving the voltage fluctuation.The prerequisite for determining STATCOM compensation capacity is to calculate maximum voltage variation.The empirical formula for calculating the maximum voltage variation at the current project is neither accurate normeets the definition of voltage variation in China national standard.In order to get more accurate the maximum voltage variation calculation result complying with the national standard,a range traversal searching algorithm to calculate the maximum voltage changes is presented in this paper.The method firstly performs selective filtering of the original data sequence.Then the numerical differentiation principle is used to determine the sequence of voltage fluctuation extremes.The boundary point processing is performed on the extreme value sequence and all the extreme points of the voltage variation are calculated.Finally,the ratio of the 95%probability large value of the extreme difference to the nominal voltage is determined as the maximum voltage variation.It is verified by the simulation examples and field test data that the method in this paper not only meets the requirements of the national standard,but also the results are more accurate.
