摘 要:为解决脉冲振荡匝绝缘耐压试验设备无法应用于铁心电抗器匝绝缘缺陷检测和雷电冲击试验考核匝绝缘不全面问题,本文提出基于变频谐振技术的铁心电抗器匝绝缘缺陷检测方法。文中对现行相关标准进行了详细分析,证明了采用高频耐压的必要性,给出了变频谐振匝绝缘缺陷检测电路原理,并给出试验容量确定方法。文中通过一台具体铁心电抗器参数的仿真分析,给出匝绝缘短路前后的时域检测结果和测试回路幅频特性变化,进一步验证了采用电压失谐作为铁心电抗器匝绝缘缺陷检测的正确性。In order to solve the problem that the impulse oscillating turn insulation test equipment cannot be applied to the detection of the turn insulation defect of iron core reactor and the incomplete turn insulation testing problem of the lightning impulse test,in this paper,a method of detecting the turn insulation defects of the iron core reactor based on the variable frequency resonance technique is proposed.The current relevant standards are analyzed in detail and the necessity of using high frequency voltage withstanding is proved.The circuit principle of variable frequency resonant for turn insulation defect detection and the method of determining the test capacity are given.Throughout the simulation analysis of an actual iron core reactor parameters,the time domain detection results before and after the short circuit of turn-to-turn and the changes of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the test circuit are given,which verifies further that the voltage detuning can be used for detecting the turn insulation defects in dry-type iron core reactors.
