摘  要:我国铝土矿资源储量丰富,以一水硬铝石型铝土矿为主,其中低品位铝土矿储量大,走“选矿脱硅-拜耳法”路线是低品位铝土矿经济利用的有效方法。针对某低品位铝土矿考察了磨矿细度及药剂制度对浮选指标的影响,通过“一粗二精一扫”浮选脱硅闭路试验流程可得铝精矿产率为74.47%,Al2O3含量为69.42%,铝硅比为7.10,A1203回收率为81.09%;尾矿铝硅比为1.44。China has abundant reserves of bauxite resources,mainly boehmite type bauxite.Among them,low-grade bauxite reserves are large.Taking the "Beneficiation desiliconization-Bayer method"route is effective for the economic use of low-grade bauxite method.For a low-grade bauxite ore,the influence of grinding fineness and chemical system on flotation indexes was investigated.Through the"one coarse,two fine and one sweep"flotation desiliconization closed-circuit test procedure,the aluminum concentrate yield was 74.47%,and the Al2O3 content It is 69.42%,aluminum-silicon ratio is 7.10,Al2〇3 recovery is 81.09%;tailings aluminum-silicon ratio is 1.44.
