摘  要:使用5%质量浓度的稀释氨水中和10μg/L的硝酸铝溶液,通过添加0.5 g/L的乙酸作为塑形剂,在601反应条件下,制备出了片状氢氧化铝;根据实验过程的形貌控制机理,以工业铝酸钠溶液为原料,超细氢氧化铝为晶种,乙酸为塑形剂,采用拜耳法分解工艺制备出柱状和片状亚微米氢氧化铝粉体。总结出两条氬氧化铝形貌调控技术:在晶核长大阶段,应尽量保持反应体系的稳定,并且稳定的时间越长,越有利于粉体形貌的完善;溶液中阴离子和塑形剂协同作用,控制粉体的形貌。The flake aluminum hydroxide was prepared via neutralization of ammonia solution and aluminum nitrate solution,the alumina concentration in aluminum nitrate solution was 10g/L,meanwhile 0.5g/L acetic acid was added into solution as shaping additive.On the basis of morphology control techniques of neutralization,the columnar and flake submicron aluminum hydroxide were produced by precipitation in Bayer process,which was normally used in alumina refinery.Finally,two morphology control techniques were summed up as followed:(1)In the course of growing up of crystal seed,the reaction solution should be stable as more as possible.The more time the stable condition was m aintained,the more perfect morphology of aluminum hydroxide was prepared;(2)the morphology of aluminum hydroxide were controlled by anion and shaping additive together.
