摘  要:钙比是熟料的一项重要指标,生产中多通过调整生料浆配比来控制,由于在烧结过程中受物料成分、燃料灰份及窑运行状况的影响,熟料钙比与入窑炉料钙比有明显差别,尽管可以稳定控制生料浆钙比,却难以得到稳定的熟料钙比。本文通过对生料浆A/S、烧成煤灰份等影响生熟料钙比变化的因素进行了分析,找出了随着料浆A/S、烧成煤灰份升高生熟料钙比差值增加的规律,提出了应送生料浆钙比中增加A/S修正、稳定烧成煤灰份等可预控的熟料钙比精准控制措施,对熟料窑的高产稳定运行有重要意义。Calcium ratio is an important indicator of clinker,and it is usually controlled by adjusting the ratio of raw slurry during production.Due to the influence of material composition,fuel ash and kiln operation during the sintering process,the calcium ratio of clinker is significantly different from the calcium ratio of kiln feed,although the calcium ratio of raw slurry slurry can be controlled stably,it is difficult to obtain stable cooked Feed calcium ratio.Although the calcium ratio of the raw slurry slurry can be controlled stably,it is difficult to obtain a stable calcium ratio of the clinker.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the calcium ratio of raw clinker,such as raw sluny A/S,moisture,and calcined coal ash,the law of increasing the difference in calcium ratio of raw clinker with the increase of slurry A/S,and coal ash was found.Precise control such as the addition of A/S correction and stable firing coal ash to the calcium ratio of raw slurry should be provided,the high output and stable operation of the kiln is of great significance.
