摘  要:【目的】钢筋腐蚀是降低海洋工程耐久性的重要原因之一,缓蚀剂防护是抑制钢筋腐蚀萌生和发展的有效手段,本研究旨在探求Zn-Al-NO2 LDH智能缓蚀剂对海洋工程钢筋腐蚀的抑制规律。【方法】采用紫外分光度计和傅里叶红外光谱研究Zn-Al-NO2 LDH在模拟海洋混凝土环境中的离子控释规律,采用电化学技术研究Zn-Al-NO2 LDH对碳钢钢筋的缓蚀规律。【结果】海洋工程环境中的氯离子和碳酸氢根离子都能触发Zn-Al-NO2 LDH中亚硝酸根离子的释放,且碳酸氢根离子的刺激作用比氯离子更加显著;Zn-Al-NO2 LDH对钢筋的缓蚀效率与环境中pH值、氯离子浓度相关,在高碱性环境下其缓蚀效率随环境氯离子浓度增大而增大,在弱碱性环境下其缓蚀效率随氯离子浓度增大而下降。【结论】Zn-Al-NO2 LDH可作为性能优异的智能缓蚀剂来抑制海洋工程钢筋的腐蚀乃至海洋工程的损伤。【Objective】 Corrosion of steel is one of the most important reasons for limiting the durability of marine engineering projects. The use of corrosion inhibitors is the most efficient way to prevent corrosion initiation and development. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to investigate the inhibition effect of Zn-Al-NO2 LDH intelligent corrosion inhibitor on steel reinforcement corrosion in marine engineering. 【Method】 The controlled ions exchange process in Zn-Al-NO2 LDH was studied by UV spectrophotometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and its inhibition behavior on carbon steel was studied by electrochemical techniques in the simulated concrete pore solution. 【Result】 Both chloride and bicarbonate ions in the marine environment can stimulate the release of nitrites from Zn-Al-NO2 LDH;the corrosion inhibition efficiency of Zn-Al-NO2 LDH on reinforcing bars is related to pH value and chloride concentration. 【Conclusion】 Zn-Al-NO2 LDH is an excellent corrosion inhibitor and can be used to control corrosion of steel reinforcement and prevent the damage of marine engineered structures.
