摘　　要：目的基于文献计量学分析1998~2018年远程医疗在心房颤动领域的研究热点和发展趋势。方法在Web of ScienceTM数据库中,检索1998~2018年相关期刊刊载的有关远程医疗在心房颤动领域中的研究文献,采用Excel及VOSviewer软件可视化分析年发文量、关键词、共被引作者、国家引证等情况。结果共纳入672篇文献。1998~2018年,远程医疗在心房颤动领域的研究文献发表量总体呈上升趋势,2010年起快速增长。关键词共现分析显示,研究主要集中在心房颤动危险因素、心房颤动所致卒中、心房颤动的治疗及管理等方面。美国的发文量最大(占41.67%),其次为德国、英国,而中国仅占5.21%。结论远程医疗在心房颤动领域具有非常大的应用前景,日益受到重视,其中心房颤动远程医疗筛查、抗凝及预防脑卒中是其研究热点。Objective To bibliometrically analyze the research hotspots and development trends of telemedicine in the field of atrial fibrillation from 1998 to 2018. Methods The research literature about telemedicine in the field of atrial fibrillation published on the related journals from 1998 to 2018 were retrieved in the Web of ScienceTM database. Excel and VOSviewer software were applied to a visualization analysis of annual number of published papers, key words, co-cited authors and citing countries, etc. Results A total of 672 articles were included. The number of published articles about telemedicine in the field of atrial fibrillation increased generally from 1998 to 2018, exhibiting a sharp increase since 2010. The keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that the researches focused on risk factors for atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation-caused stroke, atrial fibrillation treatment and management and other issues. USA yielded the greatest number of published papers(accounting for 41.67%), followed by Germany and UK, and the published papers from China only accounted for 5.21%. Conclusions Telemedicine has a extremely great application prospect in the field of atrial fibrillation and is getting great attention, whose hotspots include telemedicine for atrial fibrillation screening, anticoagulation, and stroke prevention.
