摘  要:文章通过研究各类型摆线针轮行星传动的优缺点,提出采用针轮作为输出构件的针轮输出摆线钢球行星传动的新型传动形式。通过对其工作原理的分析,并运用Creo软件对其主要零部件进行参数化建模,对减速器的结构构造和具体零部件的结构尺寸进行了理论分析。运用Creo和Ansys Workbench软件进行了三维模型的有限元接触分析,并与理论分析结果进行对比分析,为实体样机的制造和参数的优化提供了理论基础。In this paper,by studying the advantages and disadvantages of various types of cycloidal pinwheel planetary transmissions,a new transmission form of pinwheel output cycloidal steel ball planetary transmission using a pinwheel as an output member is proposed.Through the analysis of its working principle and the parametric modeling of its main components using Creo software,the structure of the reducer and the structural dimensions of the specific components are theoretically analyzed.The finite element contact analysis of the three-dimensional model was performed using Creo and ANSYS Workbench software,and compared with the theoretical analysis results,which provided a theoretical basis for the manufacture of the solid prototype and the optimization of parameters.
