摘　　要：我国黑茶类中,陕西泾阳茯砖茶是最具特色的茶饮品,色泽黑褐,内质香气纯正,滋味醇厚,汤色红黄明亮,叶底乌黑尚匀。而且在茯砖茶内,出现天然黄色益菌(俗称“金花”),颗粒繁茂,干嗅有黄花清香,深受西北地区牧民和广大消费者欢迎。Among the dark tea in China,Jingyang’s Fuzhuan brick tea in Shaanxi is the most characteristic tea drink with black and brown color,pure internal aroma,mellow taste,and red,yellow bright infusion and even black tea leaves.Moreover,there are natural yellow beneficial bacteria(commonly known as"golden flowers")inside Fuzhuan brick tea,with luxuriant grains and fragrant smell of yellow flowers,winning popularity among herdsmen and consumers in northwest China.
