摘 要:突发公共卫生事件下的社会信息供求矛盾进一步凸显,如何有针对性地加强信息沟通,解决应急处置中信息传播和舆论引导问题,成为有效应对危机的重要方面。在信息沟通中坚持真实性、主动性、交互性、解释性原则,从维护社会信息传播中的内容品质出发,形成吐露真言、回应传言、批驳谣言、引导戏言和消解怨言的调和与协同机制,应当成为传播治理的有效策略。The contradiction between the supply and demand of social information under public health emergencies has become more prominent. How to strengthen information communication in a targeted manner and solve the problem of information dissemination together with public opinion guidance in emergency response has become an important aspect of effectively responding to the crisis. Adhere to the principles of authenticity, initiative, interactivity plus interpretation in information communication then start from the maintenance of the quality of content in social information dissemination which forms a reconciliation and coordination mechanism that reveals the truth, responds to rumors, refutes rumors, guides rumors and resolves complaints. This should be an effective strategy for communication governance.
