摘 要:纳米氧化铝因其强度高、硬度高、耐磨性好、耐热性好、比表面积大等特性被广泛应用于陶瓷材料、复合材料、航空航天、环境保护、催化剂及其载体等领域。通过固相法、气相法、液相法对纳米α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3的制备方法进行综述,分析了各种方法的技术特点;评述了氧化铝粉体制备的新方法;并对氧化铝在陶瓷材料、催化剂及其载体、环境保护、新能源等方面的应用作了简要分析。最后对氧化铝的发展方向进行展望。Nano-alumina is widely used in ceramic materials,composite materials,aerospace,environmental protection,catalysts and carriers due to its high strength,high hardness,good wear resistance,good heat resistance and large specific surface area.The preparation methods of nano-α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 by solid phase method,gas phase method and solid phase method were reviewed.The technical characteristics of various methods were analyzed.The new method of alumina powder preparation was reviewed.A brief analysis was made on the application of ceramic materials,catalysts and their carriers,chemical protection,and new energy sources.Finally,the development direction of alumina is prospected.
