摘  要:本实验利用蔡司倒置显微镜对花(鱼骨)胚胎发育过程进行观察研究.通过3种前处理方法比较,发现胚胎不做脱粘处理直接置于蒸馏水中效果最好.根据花(鱼骨)胚胎发育过程的形态变化,将其分为受精卵形成时期,卵裂时期,囊胚时期,原肠胚时期,神经胚期时期,器官形成期和出膜期.在水温24℃ 时,花(鱼骨)66 h孵化出膜.本文研究了花(鱼骨)胚胎发育的特点及过程,为生产性育苗工艺的建立具有重要意义.Using Zeiss inverted microscope,this experiment observed Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker embryonic development process.By comparing the three pretreatment methods,it found that the effect of direct placement of embryos in distilled water without debonding treatment was the best.According to the morphological changes of its development process,it can be divided into seven stages:the formation of fertilized eggs,cleavage stage,blastocyst stage,gastrula stage,neuroembryonic stage,organogenesis stage and membranous stage.Membranes were hatched from Hemibarbus maculatus for 66 hours at water temperature of 24℃.This paper studied the characteristics and process of embryonic development of Hemibarbus maculatus,which is of great significance for the establishment of productive seedling raising technology.
