摘　　要：鱼类精子冷冻保存对于鱼类资源保护、人工繁殖和遗传育种等工作具有重要意义,本文总结了近10年来国内学者在鱼类精子冷冻保存中所用的稀释液成分、抗冻剂类型和降温方法,并提出了该技术的发展瓶颈和发展方向,为进一步开展鱼类精子冷冻保存工作提供了参考和依据.The cryopreservation of fish sperm is very important for protection of fish resources,artificial reproduction and genetic breeding.This article summarized the reports of the suitable dilute solution,the type of cryoprotectant and the solution of cooling on fish sperm cryopreservation in recent 10 years,putting forward the development bottleneck and future development direction of this technology,which offers reference and basis for further work in fish sperm cryopreservation.
