基于宜宾市临港经开区某污染场地土壤治理与修复对策研究

摘　　要：随着城市经济和城市人口的急速不断增长,居民商业用地的量和质都不断提高,而宜宾市临港经开区正是处于快速发展的这一阶段。生产片区响应政策号召易地搬迁,但土壤污染问题亟待解决,否则会对人类和生态系统造成极大伤害。本文针对临港区搬迁场地的基本情况和实际问题,提出了运用复合修复法解决土壤污染的问题,以达到场地土壤净化、安全高效投入使用的要求。另外还提出,应当建立加强组织领导、强化资金保障、强化监督工作、建立统一的土壤污染防治工作机构以及定期检测更新土壤检测基础数据等强化场地土壤治理的保障措施。With the rapid growth of urban economy and population,the quantity and quality of residential commercial land are constantly improving,and the development of lingang economic development zone is just in this stage of rapid development.The production area should be relocated in response to the policy call,but the problem of soil pollution should be solved urgently,otherwise it will do great harm to human and ecosystem.In view of the basic situation and practical problems of the relocation site in the port area,this paper puts forward to solve the problem of soil pollution by using the compound remediation method,so as to meet the requirements of the site soil purification,safe and efficient operation.In addition,it is also proposed that,measures should be established to strengthen the organization and leadership,to strengthen the guarantee of funds,to strengthen the supervision,to establish a unified organization for soil pollution prevention and control,and to regularly test and update the basic data of soil testing,etc.
