摘  要:在整个煤炭的开采、应用、储存、运输以及燃烧使用全过程当中,都涉及到了煤炭的环境问题。而想要解决因为煤炭的开发利用产生了对环境的破坏以及资源的浪费及环境污染等一系列问题,就必须寻求多种不同的方式去解决,比如说建立起综合评价模型,从而促进煤炭开发领域的可持续发展。而对于生态脆弱区等进行开采时,就面临着更为严重的对于地质环境的破坏等问题。因此,本文详细的分析了在生态脆弱区进行煤炭开采对于周围的地形地势以及人文环境所造成的灾害,从而提出了在生态脆弱区进行煤炭开发时,所应当采取的地质环境保护措施,同时建立起评价指标体系。In the whole process of coal mining,application,storage,transportation and combustion,environmental problems of coal are involved.However,in order to solve a series of problems caused by the development and utilization of coal,such as environmental damage,waste of resources and environmental pollution,we must seek a variety of different ways to solve them.For example,we can establish a comprehensive evaluation model to promote the sustainable development in the field of coal development.However,when mining in ecologically fragile areas,it will face more serious damage to the geological environment.Therefore,this paper analyzes in detail the damage to the surrounding terrain and human environment caused by coal mining in ecologically fragile areas,and puts forward the geological environmental protection measures that should be taken when coal mining is carried out in ecologically fragile areas,at the same time,establishes an evaluation index system.
