摘 要:强力皮带输送机作为煤矿运输系统的重要组成部分,具有明显的运输能力强、维护投入低等方面的优势。在强力皮带使用的过程中,需要通过硫化的方式,将几条皮带安装到一起,才能形成一台完整的皮带机,因此,全面提升强力皮带硫化强度非常关键。本文将强力皮带硫化工艺改进作为研究对象,重点研究了强力皮带硫化工艺改进要点,分析了强力皮带硫化工艺改进过程中需要注意的相关问题,并针对性提出了提升强力皮带硫化工艺改进效果的相关对策。As an important part of the coal mine transportation system,the strong belt conveyor has obvious advantages of strong transportation capacity,low maintenance investment,etc.In the process of using strong belts,several belts need to be installed together through the mode of vulcanization to form a complete belt conveyor.Therefore,it is very important to comprehensively improve the vulcanization strength of strong belts.This paper takes the improvement of strong belt vulcanization process as the research object,focuses on the key points of improvement of strong belt vulcanization process,analyzes the related problems needing attention in the process of improvement of strong belt vulcanization process,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for improving the improvement effect of strong belt vulcanization process.
