多模式保温措施在老年髋关节手术中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋关节手术中应用多模式保温措施对术后并发症及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年12月在苏州大学附属第二医院进行老年髋关节手术的患者92例,根据随机数字法分别设为2组:对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组在手术中应用常规保温措施,对观察组病患应用多模式保温措施,评估并比较2组患者的术后苏醒时间、拔管时间、术中出血量、寒战程度和疼痛程度等指标。结果观察组的苏醒时间和拔管时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),寒战程度和发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后各时段疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者髋关节的手术过程中,应用多模式保温措施取得了理想的效果,降低了寒战等不良并发症的发生,从而能够保证麻醉的效果,确保手术的顺利进行,同时还能够降低患者的术后疼痛程度,加快患者的恢复,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To study the effects of multi-mode thermal insulation on postoperative complications and pain levels in elderly patients undergoing hip surgery. Methods 92 elderly patients who underwent hip surgery in our hospital from June2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided randomly into the control group and the observation group, 46 cases per group. During the surgery operation, the control group received routine heat preservation measures and the observation group did the multi-mode thermal insulation measures. The postoperative recovery time, extubation time,intraoperative blood loss, degree of chills and pain were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The waking time and extubation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). The degree and incidence of chills in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the pain scores in each period after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions During the surgery operation of hip joints in elderly patients, the application of multi-mode thermal insulation measures has achieved ideal results, reduced the occurrence of adverse complications such as chills and postoperative pain, which can ensure the effects of anesthesia and the smooth operation of the operation, and speed up the recovery of the patient, which should be further popularized.
