新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的专职感控护士在方舱医院中的管理实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情下专职感控护士在方舱医院中的管理实践效果。方法:成立由20名专职感控护士组成的新冠肺炎感控小组,在湘雅二医院和华山医院感控专家的指导下进行规范化培训。结合方舱医院实际情况制定感控人员岗位、流程管理、人员行为管理、清洁消毒和暴露应急处置方案,以降低医务人员感染的风险。并调查了150名医务人员,比较干预前、后感控措施执行合格率和院感知识培训满意率。结果:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,专职感控护士在方舱医院管理实践的过程中,医务人员发生暴露感染人数为零。150名医务人员中对感控措施执行合格率由26.0%提高至79.3%(χ^2=85.577,P<0.001),对院感知识培训满意率由21.3%提升至97.3%(χ^2=179.536,P<0.001)。结论:专职感控护士在方舱医院的管理实践能够保证医务人员严格落实感控要求、按照感控措施执行工作,提高医务人员对院感知识培训的满意度,有利于降低方舱医院内交叉感染的发生率。Objective:To investigate the management practice effect of the full-time infection control link nurses(ICLNs)in the hospital under the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(NCP).Methods:A NCP infection control team composed of 20 ICLNs was set up to receive standardized training under the guidance of infection control experts in The Second Xiangya Hospital of Center South University and Huashan Hospital of Fudan University.According to the actual situation of the module hospital,the post of infection control staff,process management,personnel behavior management,cleaning and disinfection,and exposure emergency disposal plan were formulated in order to reduce the risk of medical staff infection.A total of 150 medical staff were surveyed to compare the qualified rate of implementation of infection control measures before and after intervention,and the satisfaction rate of hospital knowledge training of infection control.Results:Under the outbreak of NCP,the number of medical staff exposed to infection was zero during the management practice of full-time ICLNs in the module hospital.Among the 150 medical staff,the qualified rate of implementing infection control measures was increased from 26.0%to 79.3%(χ^2=85.577,P<0.001),and the satisfaction rate of hospital sense knowledge training of infection control was increased from 21.3%to 97.3%(χ^2=179.536,P<0.001).Conclusion:The management practice of full-time ICLNs in module cabin hospital can ensure that medical staff strictly implement infection control requirements,carry out their work according to infection control measures,improve medical staff’s satisfaction on the hospital sense knowledge training of infection control,and help to reduce the incidence of cross-infection in the module hospital.
