摘  要:为了综合评价辣椒苗期的耐冷性,筛选耐低温的辣椒材料。利用5℃的低温对11份辣椒材料(品种)进行苗期耐低温性的研究,通过分析可溶性蛋白含量、MDA含量、SOD酶活性、POD酶活性、膜透性和SPAD值以及冷害指数等7个指标的变化,采用主成分分析法、指标相关性分析法及隶属函数法等进行辣椒苗期的耐低温性综合评价。结果表明:低温胁迫后,与对照相比,MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量、膜透性有不同程度的升高,SOD酶性、POD酶活性增强,SPAD值降低;低温处理后11个辣椒材料的耐低温排序为:Y801>衢椒3号>05B03>L19-1-1-1-1>B1-2>金5-8>B15-4-6>L11-2-1-1>L11-3-2-1-1>玉龙椒>05B11;指标相关性研究表明,冷害指数与综合值D值呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.661,说明冷害指数可作为辣椒苗期耐低温材料筛选的可靠参考指标。In order to evaluate and select the low temperature tolerance of pepper at seedling stage,11 lines(varieties)of pepper were treated at a low temperature of 5℃to study the low temperature resistance at seedling stage,the low temperature re?sistance of pepper was evaluated by analyzing the law of change of soluble protein content,MDA content,SOD activity,POD ac?tivity,membrane permeability,SPAD values,cold damage index,principal component analysis,index correlation analysis and membership function method.The results showed that MDA content,soluble protein content and membrane permeability increased.SOD activity and POD activity increased,and SPAD value decreased.The order of low temperature resistance of 11 lines(varieties)of pepper was:Y801>qujiao No.3>05B03>L19-1-1-1-1>B1-2>gold5-8>B15-4-6>L11-2-1-1>L11-3-2-1-1>yulongjiao>05B11.The index correlation study showed that the cold damage index had a significant negative correlation with the comprehensive value D,and the correlation coefficient was 0.661,which showed that the cold damage index can be used as a reliable reference index for selecting the cold-tolerant peppers at the seedling stage.
