摘 要:基于耕地的自然和生产要素特征、土地整治特点和项目区条件,从自然条件、权属条件、生产条件3方面选择地块面积等9个因子构建了耕地细碎度评价指标体系,综合采用层次分析法、线性加权模型和GIS技术,评价了整治前后耕地细碎程度,探究了土地整治对耕地细碎度的影响。结果表明:整治前耕地细碎度综合得分为6.15分,细碎度高和较高的耕地面积分别占耕地总面积的8%和21.25%;整治后,耕地细碎度综合得分为5.02分,比整治前降低了18.37%,细碎度高和较高分别为5.47%、20.4%,耕地细碎状况得到较大改善。Based on the characteristics of natural and production factors of cultivated land,the characteristics of the area of land consolidation and the conditions of the project area,the evaluation index system of cultivated land fragmentation,and 9 fac?tors such as plot area selected from the three aspects including nature,ownership and production was constructed.The analytic hi?erarchy process,linear weighted model and GIS were used to evaluate the degree of cultivated land fragmentation before and after land consolidation.The influence of land consolidation on the degree of cultivated land fragmentation was explored.The results showed the average score of the cultivated land fragmentation before the consolidation project was 6.15.The high fragmentation ar?eas accounted for 8%of the total cultivated land,and the higher fragmentation areas were 21.25%.After the land consolidation project,the average score of cultivated land fragmentation was 5.02,which was 18.37%lower than before.The areas of high frag?mentation were 5.4%and the higher fragmentation areas accounted for 20.4%.The situation of cultivated land fragmentation was greatly improved.
