石城县农村水系存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：农村水系是农村人居环境的重要组成部分,也是农村发展的重要要素,在乡村振兴战略中发挥着极为重要的作用。按照乡村振兴战略提出的“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”总要求,牢固树立绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,针对石城县农村水系存在的突出问题进行深入调研和梳理,提出以问题为导向、以河流为脉络的具体对策,水域岸线并治,集中连片推进,恢复农村河湖基本功能、修复河道空间形态、提升河湖水环境质量,建设河畅、水清、岸绿、景美的水美乡村,增强农村群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感,促进乡村全面振兴。Rural river system is an important part of rural human settlements and an important element of rural development,which plays an important role in the strategy of Rural Revitalization.According to the general requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of“industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and rich life”,firmly establish the idea that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,in view of the outstanding problems existing in the rural river system of Shicheng County,in-depth investigation and sorting were carried out,put forward specific countermeasures that are problem and river oriented,joint governance of water area and bank,concentrated and flaky propulsion,restoration of basic functions of rivers and lakes in rural areas,restoration of river spatial form,improve the water environment quality of rivers and lakes,build a beautiful water village with smooth river,clear water,green bank and beautiful scenery,enhance the sense of gain,happiness and security of the rural people,and promote the overall revitalization of the countryside.
