院前肌钙蛋白I测定对急性心肌梗死早期诊断的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨快速测定肌钙蛋白I(cardiactroponinI,cTn I)能否提高院前急性心肌梗死的诊断率,使患者得到及时有效的治疗。方法选取宜春市120急救中心2013年3月至2015年2月院前接诊的急性心肌梗死患者95例,按照院前有无测定肌钙蛋白I分为A组(n=44)和B组(n=51),A组未测定肌钙蛋白I,B组测定肌钙蛋白I。结果B组诊断率高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测定肌钙蛋白I能够提高院前急性心肌梗死的诊断率,使患者得到及时有效的治疗。Objective To explore whether rapid determination of cardiac troponin I(cTn I)can improve the diagnosis rate of pre-hospital acute myocardial infarction and enable patients to receive timely and effective treatment.Methods 95 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Yichun 120 emergency center from March 2013 to February 2015 were selected and they were divided into group A(n=44)and group B(n=51)according to whether troponin I was measured before admission.Group A did not measure troponin I and group B measured troponin I.Results The diagnostic rate of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Determination of troponin I can improve the diagnosis rate of pre-hospital acute myocardial infarction and enable patients to receive timely and effective treatment.
