孕早期胎儿NT筛查在产前超声筛查单胎妊娠孕妇中的临床作用

摘　　要：目的探究孕早期胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)筛查在产前超声筛查单胎妊娠孕妇中的临床作用。方法选取2015年2月至2018年10月在本院进行产前超声筛查的单胎妊娠孕妇768例,进行NT筛查,探究胎儿NT筛查的临床价值。结果单胎妊娠孕妇NT增厚率为2.47%,产妇年龄≤35岁的NT增厚率(1.00%)低于年龄>35岁(16.90%)的产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在孕妇的妊娠结局中,NT厚度<2.5 mm正常胎儿占比(98.53%)高于NT厚度2.5~3.0 mm(50.00%)、3.0~5.0 mm(10.00%)和>5.0 mm(0.00%),NT厚度<2.5 mm停止发育、染色体异常、水囊状淋巴管瘤、结构畸形的发生率均低于NT厚度3.0~5.0 mm和>5.0 mm。结论在孕早期对单胎妊娠孕妇进行胎儿NT筛查有利于判断胎儿畸形发育、染色体异常等情况,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical role of fetal neck transparent layer thickness(NT)screening in early pregnancy in pregnant women with single pregnancy.Methods A total of 768 single-pregnant pregnant women who underwent prenatal ultrasound screening from February 2015 to October 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.NT screening was performed to explore the clinical value of fetal NT screening.Results The NT thickening rate of pregnant women in this group was 2.47%,and the NT thickening rate(1.00%)of maternal age≤35 years old was lower than that of those>35 years old(16.90%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the pregnancy outcome of this group of pregnant women,NT thickness<2.5 mm normal fetus ratio(98.53%)was higher than NT thickness 2.5-3.0 mm(50.00%),3.0-5.0 mm(10.00%)and>5.0 mm(0.00%),the incidence of cessation of development,chromosomal abnormalities,water cystic lymphangioma,structural malformations were lower than NT thickness 3.0-5.0 mm and>5.0 mm.Conclusion It is of great significance to conduct fetal NT screening in pregnant women with single pregnancy during early pregnancy,which is helpful for judging fetal malformation and chromosomal abnormalities.It is worthy of popularization in prenatal screening.
