摘　　要：目的分析InterTan髓内钉内固定对老年股骨转子间骨折患者骨折愈合及髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2019年2月本院收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组予以Gamma钉治疗,观察组予以Inter-Tan髓内钉内固定方式治疗。比较两组骨折愈合与髋关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者部分负重时间、完全负重时间与骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术后3个月Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用InterTan髓内钉内固定治疗可有效促进骨折愈合及髋关节功能恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of InterTan intramedullary nail internal fixation on fracture healing and recovery of hip joint function in senile patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 64 senile patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Gamma nail,and observation group was given InterTan intramedullary nail internal fixation.The fracture healing and recovery of hip joint function were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,the partial weight bearing time,full weight bearing time and fracture healing time in observation group were shorter,and the postoperative 3 months Harris score in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion InterTan intramedullary nail internal fixation in treatment of senile patients with intertrochanteric fracture can promote fracture healing and recovery of hip joint function.
